If you are experiencing connectivity or speed issues with your Homebase Wifi service please follow these steps:
Disconnect and reconnect your device.
Disconnect all of your devices and use your smart phone to run a speed test using speedtest.net
Confirm your password has been entered correctly by navigating to the Me tab and selecting Manage WiFi Plan.
View your network and password information. Select Show to view the password.
Contact Homebase support via the Resident App for further troubleshooting and to notify us of the outage.
