Please note: If your community offers WiFi, it's important to know that Homebase does not own the network or collect payments, but rather acts as the portal between your property management and you. For all questions regarding payments, balances, or late fees, please contact your property management team.

How to Change Your WiFi Plan:
To change your WiFi plan at any time, first, open your Homebase Resident App.
(Google Play Store | Apple App Store)
Next, tap the WiFi icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
From there, you can tap "Change Plans," select your tier, and then tap "Save Plan Settings."
From here you can set up a payment method if you haven't done so already, or simply tap "Dismiss" if you've already set up a payment method.
Congrats! You've successfully set up your WiFi.

Your bill will be automatically pro-rated when your plan is updated.
Plan changes may take 1 business day to update.
How to view your network SSID and password:
To view your network SSID and password, open your Homebase Mobile app. Tap the three dot menu in the bottom right, then tap “Wifi Plan”. Here you will see your Network name and Network password. You can tap the “show” option to reveal the password.
How to add/change your payment method in the Homebase Resident App:
To view your payment methods, open your Homebase Mobile app. Tap the three dot menu in the bottom right, then tap “Payment Balance”. Tap the “Payment methods” tab, and add your new payment method!
