Resident - Payment Setup

  1. Log into the Homebase Resident app.

  2. Select the three dot menu, then go to Payment Balance.

  3. Select the Payment Methods option to enter your preferred payment information.

  4. Select Add new payment method.

  5. Select whether you’d like to Add Bank Account or Add Credit or Debit Card. Then follow the prompts to complete your information.

To set up autopay:

  1. Tap the Edit icon on the Monthly autopay section.

  2. Configure your autopayment by selecting the day of the month you’d like your autopayment to run.

  3. Select the Transaction type.

  4. Select the Monthly amount.

  5. Select your Payment method.
