Residents can set up payment methods directly through the Homebase Resident app!

Step 1: Log into the Homebase Resident app. Select the three dot menu, then go to Payment Balance.

Step 2: Select the Payment Methods option to enter your preferred payment information.

Step 3: Select Add new payment method.

Step 4: Select whether you’d like to Add Bank Account or Add Credit or Debit Card. Then follow the prompts to complete your information.

To set up autopay:

Step 1: Tap the Edit icon on the Monthly autopay section.

Step 2: Configure your autopayment by selecting the day of the month you’d like your autopayment to run.

Step 2: Select the Transaction type.

Step 3: Select the Monthly amount.

Step 4: Select your Payment method.
