To show or hide devices
Step 1: Using your smart device, log into the Homebase app
Step 2: Tap the three-bar menu located to the right of the property name.
Step 3: Tap show or hide devices
Step 4: Show/hide devices based on your preference by tapping the checkbox next to each location.Tap save when done!
To reorder devices
Step 1: Tap the three-bar menu located to the right of the property name within your Homebase resident app.
Step 2: Tap reorder devices
Step 3: Using the three bars on the right, drag and drop devices where you prefer. Then tap save.
To add Homebase Resident app widget
Step 1: Tap the three-dot menu in the bottom right of the app. Then tap the Add Homebase Widget option!
Step 2: Follow the instructions on the screen to add your widget to your phone’s home screen.
