How to Cancel Your WiFi

Learn how to change your WiFi package to "No Internet" as well as adjust your Monthly Autopay settings.

Step 1: Select the WiFi icon in the top right corner of your Homebase Resident App home screen.

Step 2: Select the, "Change plans" icon.

Step 3: Choose the "No Internet" option by tapping, "Select Plan" then tap "Save plan settings".

Step 4: Tap the, "Go to payments" option.

Step 5: Make sure your "Monthly Autopay is off". If it's not, tap the edit icon to turn this feature off.
