Below are the steps on how to download your monthly WiFi bill:
1. Start by opening your Homebase Resident App.
2. Tap the three-dot menu at the bottom right.
3. Tap “Payment Balance”.
4. Then tap, “Transaction History”.
5. Scroll to the month you’d like to download.
6. Tap the three-dot menu on the right side and select, “Monthly statement PDF”.
Congratulations! You have successfully downloaded your monthly statement. You can now save the file, print a copy, or email it!
