Are you looking to delete your Homebase resident account?
To delete your resident account, please log in to the Resident app, click the three dots on the bottom of the screen.
Click "Request to Delete Account"
After requesting to delete your account, here is what that will mean for you:
Immediate deletion of your Homebase account.
You will be logged out of your app.
Your personal identifying information will be removed from the Homebase system.
Revoked mobile access to all doors and spaces.
Immediate cancellation of your community WiFi subscription (if your community offers WiFi)
