Keep Your Community and Home Secure
Checking which devices are logged into your Homebase account is crucial in ensuring the security of your account and your home.
It's essential if you have recently lost a device, shared your password, or noticed suspicious activity on your account.
By verifying the devices that have access to your account (and your community), you can identify any unauthorized access and take the necessary steps to secure your account.
Identify Devices Signed into Your Homebase Account
To check which devices are signed into your Homebase account, follow these steps:
Open the Homebase Resident App and click on the "More" tab on the bottom right of the screen (the circle with three dots).
Click on "Where I'm Signed In."
From this screen, you can select and sign out of individual devices OR you can tap sign out of all devices (To note: This will also sign the user out of their current session!)
Now Change Your Password
To update your password on Homebase, follow these steps:
Open the Homebase Resident App and click on the "More" tab on the bottom right of the screen (the circle with three dots).
Click on "Account."
Lastly, click on "Password" to take you to a screen where you can update your password.
Homebase always recommends updating your password if you have any doubts about your account security.
