To assign a staff member Key Fob access to one particular building in your portfolio log into the Community Manager and select Staff from the More dropdown.
Select View at the far right of the employee's profile listing.
Within the employee's profile navigate to the Key Fobs section and enter the 5 digits of the long serial number.
Please Note: If there are preceding zeros in the last 5 digits exclude the zeros. For example fob ending in 00136 would be entered as 136.
Wait until you see the Key fob is available confirmation below the text field and then hit Save.
To remove an assigned fob
To remove the fob assignment from this staff person select the three blue dots at the top right of the Assigned Key Fob field.
Select Remove Key Fob command that appears to un-assign this fob number.
Please note that any fob assigned to a staff member automatically functions as a master fob.
