With Homebase you can enjoy instant access WiFi with no contracts, equipment charges, or activation wait time. 

On your move-in day, you can simply log into the Homebase App and select the WiFi plan that's best for you. Your secure, private network name and password will display in the Homebase app so you can connect instantly. 

Remember:

Your bill will be automatically pro-rated when you change your plan.
Plan changes can take up to 24 hours to update.


To select the WiFi plan that's best for you consider two things: 

  1. How many devices will you connect to the network at one time?

  2. What activities will the WiFi be used for? 


Choose Basic if you...

  1. Connect 1 or 2 devices at a time like a computer and a smartphone or tablet

  2. Check email, social media and browse the Internet 

  3. Want to stream a movie on one device at a time

Please Note: While speeds will fluctuate based on the number of connected devices and type of activity, the Basic Plan will generally provide speeds between 5 and 25 Mbps. This can be higher or lower, depending on what your property offers, as well as local network limitations. Contact your property manager to learn more.


Choose Standard if you...

  1. Connect 3 to 4 devices at a time like a computer, smartphone, tablet, or smart TV 

  2. Check email, social media, browse the Internet

  3. Stream movies on two devices at a time

Please Note: While speeds will fluctuate based on the number of connected devices and type of activity, the Standard Plan will generally provide speeds between 25 and 75 Mbps. This can be higher or lower, depending on what your property offers, as well as local network limitations. Contact your property manager to learn more.


Choose Premium if you...

  1. Connect 5 or more devices at a time like computers, smartphones, tablets, and multiple smart TVs 

  2. Check email, social media, browse the Internet

  3. Stream movies on multiple devices at the same time

  4. Play multiplayer games and share files regularly

Please Note: While speeds will fluctuate based on the number of connected devices and type of activity, the Premium Plan will generally provide speeds between 50 and 300 Mbps. This can be higher or lower, depending on what your property offers, as well as local network limitations. Contact your property manager to learn more.

WiFi network speeds do not correlate to hard-line speeds; therefore, exact speeds cannot be guaranteed.

Your apartment's network is private and password protected. The login credentials are only available in your Homebase app. 

If the Internet to the building is disrupted due to ISP service interruptions, Homebase will notify you with updates while we work with the ISP to restore service. 


How to change your WiFi Plan

To change your WiFi plan any time, navigate to the More tab and select WiFi plan under the My stay section

Select the blue Choose a Different Plan button to change your plan.
