How to reset your password in the app:
If you have gotten logged out of the Homebase Resident App and need to reset your password follow these steps:
On the welcome screen, enter your email for your account.
At the bottom of the sign-in screen select Help with Sign in.
Select Forgot password.
The next screen will provide a space for you to enter your email address. Be sure to use the same email address that is associated with your stay (entered by your Property Manager). This will send you a password reset email.
โWhen setting your password, make sure you include at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character.
