If you have gotten logged out of the Homebase Resident App and need to reset your password follow these steps:

  1. On the welcome screen, enter your email for your account.

    At the bottom of the sign-in screen select Help with Sign in.

    Select Forgot password.

    The next screen will provide a space for you to enter your email address. Be sure to use the same email address that is associated with your Homebase account. This will send you a password reset email.
