Step one: Log into your Homebase resident app and select the three-dot more menu.

Step two: Tap on the Guest keys section under My Access.

Step three: Tap New guest key at the bottom of the screen.

Step four: Enter a Key Name for the type of visitor you will have.

Step five: Then enter when you'd like the Access Start and Access End dates/times to be. Tap Next.

Note: Your property determines the maximum amount of time a visitor can be granted access on site.

Step six: Toggle on the Shareable Spaces you'd like your guest to have access to. Then tap Finish.

Step seven: Tap Share key to send the access code to your visitor for their upcoming stay. This can be shared via email or text.
