With Homebase you can enjoy instant access Wifi with no contracts, equipment charges or activation wait time. 

Simply log into the Homebase App on your move-in day and select the Wifi plan that's best for you. Your secure, private network name and password will display in the Homebase app so you can connect instantly. 


To select the WiFi plan that's best for you consider two things: 

  1. How many devices will you connect to the network at one time?
  2. What activities will the WiFi be used for? 


Choose Basic if you....

  1. connect 1 or 2 devices at a time like a computer and a smart phone or tablet.
  2. check email, social media and browse the Internet 
  3. want to stream a movie on one device at a time

While speeds will fluctuate based on the number of devices and type of activity, the Basic Plan will generally provide speeds between 10 and 25 Mbps. 


Choose Standard if you...

  1. connect 3 to 4 devices at a time like a computer, smart phone, tablet or smart tv. 
  2. check email, social media, browse the Internet
  3. stream movies on two devices at a time

While speeds will fluctuate based on the number of devices and type of activity, the Standard Plan will generally provide speeds between 50 and 100 Mbps. 


Choose Fast if you...

  1. connect  5 or more devices at a time like computers, smart phones, tablets, and multiple smart tv's 
  2. check email, social media, browse the Internet
  3. stream movies on multiple devices at the same time, 
  4. play multi-player games and share files regularly

While speeds will fluctuate based on the number of devices and type of activity, the Fast Plan will generally provide speeds between 100 and 300 Mbps. 


Please note: Actual speeds will vary depending on the number of devices and the type of online activity. 

Wifi network speeds do not correlate to hard line speeds therefore exact speeds cannot be guaranteed. However, if your Wifi network does not adequately support the activity outlined above per your specified plan please contact Homebase to request an adjustment. 

Your apartment's network is private and password protected. The login credentials are only available in your Homebase app. 

If the Internet to the building is disrupted due to ISP service interruptions Homebase will notify you with updates while we work with the ISP to restore service. 


How to change your Wifi Plan

To change your WiFi plan at anytime navigate to the Me tab and select Manage WiFi Plan. 

Select the blue Choose a Different Plan button to change your plan.

Your bill will be automatically pro-rated when you change your plan.
Plan changes can take up to 24 hours days to update.
