Any staff member can manage or run reports within the Homebase web portal!

Where to find Reports page? From the homepage of your Homebase web portal, select the Reports tab.

Types of reports/Devices

Access Activity Log (Single Lock): To review the activity log for a single lock, choose this report!

Step 1: Choose the lock you’d like to run the report for using the search bar, or from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Select the dates you would like the report to run through, then select Export.

Step 3: Once exported, click the Download Device Activity link to access the report.

Access Permissions (Single Room): This report will export a list of users who currently have access to a single room in your community.

Step 4: Select the unit you’d like to review, then select Export.

Step 4: Once exported, click the Download Users with Access link to access the report.

All Locks (Status Report): This report will export a list of locks in your community, including update recommended and battery status. Select Export.

Once exported, click the Download Lock Statuses link to access the report.

Types of reports/People & Payments

Access Permissions (Single User): This report will export a list of locks that are currently enabled for a resident or staff member.

Step 1: Once you have selected the report type, enter the name (or email address) of the resident or staff member. Then click Export.

Step 2: When the export is complete, click the Download Access Permissions (Single User) link to access the report.

Residents (Full Community): Use this report to export a list of staff members currently added to your community. Once selected, click Export.
