Multi Sync allows property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance teams to save time by "updating key access" for multiple doors simultaneously.
Here is how to use it:
Step 1: Open the Homebase Manager App. (iOS / Android)
Step 2: After signing in, tap on the three dots in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 3: Tap on the app version number ten times. This will reveal a hidden dropdown menu to go into either the Installer or Multi Sync modes.
Step 4: Tap on "Multi Sync." The screen will now populate with all of the smart locks that are within Bluetooth range of your phone.
Step 5: Tap on the locks you would like to update.

Step 6: As you move throughout the building updating locks, tap "Scan for locks" to refresh the list of smart locks within range of you.
