Assign the Fob

  1. Log into the Homebase Community Manager here:

  2. Select Stays on the left.

  3. Click into the resident's stay.

  4. Select the Assign Key button

  5. Select Residents name

  6. Enter the last 5 digits of an available fob's serial number

  7. Select the activation method (key scanner or manually) if prompted

Activating the Fob

For the Schlage BE, NDE or CTE locks, Perform Lock Maintenance must occur to update the lock with the new fob assignment. There are three ways this can be done:

  1. Remotely using a no tour scanner.

  2. At the lock using the Mobile Manager App.

  3. At the lock using the Resident App.
