Homebase Access enables a completely contactless move-in experience for you and your residents. Below you'll find resources you can use to offer a contact-free move-in.

To respect everyone's safety and adhere to current social distancing guidelines we are using a remote check-in process for your move-in day.
Here's how it will work.
You will receive a text invite to download the Homebase app the morning of your move-in. You'll enter the email associated with your lease: (INSERT EMAIL) and follow the Sign in -> Help with Sign in -> Forgot password selections to prompt an email to create a password.

Logging into the Homebase App
Once logged in you'll use the app to unlock your door. I've included a video below that shows exactly how to do this.
Your key fobs will be on your counter and you will use the Homebase App to activate them as outlined here:

Key Fob Card
During the turn, the card can be left in the unit with the resident's key fobs.
The card explains that residents must update key fob access in the Homebase Resident App in order to activate their fobs for their lock.
