Homebase integrates with and installs the Honeywell Lyric T6 Pro.
Residents can automate control of the thermostat with the Homebase Resident App or by setting a schedule within the app, under the Devices tab.
Staff members are not able to see thermostat and temperature statuses of units already occupied by residents, for reasons of privacy.
If A Thermostat Has Been Disconnected
Maintenance staff can contact Homebase Support to reset a thermostat that has fallen off the network.
Remove a PIN Code or reconnect the Thermostat to the Homebase WiFi Network.
If there is no power going to the thermostat mounted to the wall, please reach out to your maintenance staff before contacting Homebase directly.
