Your Property Manager will invite you to the Homebase Resident App when your lease begins. For security reasons, you must be invited to the Homebase App by your Property Manager. You will receive a text or email with the instructions for downloading the app.
On the welcome screen, you will select Sign In.
At the bottom of the sign-in screen select Help with Sign in.
Select Forgot Password.
The next screen will provide a space for you to enter your email address. Be sure to enter the email address your property manager sent the invite to. This will send a verification email where you can verify your account and create a password.
The Homebase Resident App will allow you to:
Lock or unlock your door
Control the smart locks, thermostats and lights enabled for your unit
View community details, contact information, and resources
