Open a chat with Homebase support by clicking How can we help? from the dropdown arrow in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Chat with Homebase Support by going to the More tab and selecting Help with the Homebase app.
Residents can chat with Homebase Support from the Resident App by selecting the More tab in the lower right hand corner of the Homebase Resident App. Select Chat with Support .
