Please note: If your community offers WiFi, it's important to know that Homebase does not own the network or collect payments, but rather acts as the portal between your property management and you. For all questions regarding payments, balances, or late fees, please contact your property management team.

Covered in this article/video:

  1. How to upgrade/downgrade your WiFi in the Homebase Resident App.

  2. How to view your network SSID and password.

  3. How to add/change your payment method in the Homebase Resident App.

Now, let's get into the meat and potatoes:

To change your WiFi plan at any time, first, open your Homebase Resident App.
(Google Play Store | Apple App Store)

Next, tap the WiFi icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

From there, you can tap "Change Plans," select your tier, and then tap "Save Plan Settings."

From here you can set up a payment method if you haven't done so already, or simply tap "Dismiss" if you've already set up a payment method.

Congrats! You've successfully set up your WiFi.

Please Note:

  • Your bill will be automatically pro-rated when your plan is updated.

  • Plan changes may take 1 business day to update.
