You can contact Homebase Support in 2 different methods: Website or Resident App.
Website: You can click this link to go directly to our website. In the bottom right-hand corner will be an icon you can tap to open a chat with our Support Team.
App: If you are within the Homebase Resident App you can follow the below steps:
Select the MORE tab (the three dots) in the lower right-hand corner of the Homebase Resident App.
Then scroll down under Account & Support to Help with the Homebase app and tap this to open a chat with Homebase Support
