When adding a bank account manually, you will need to verify your bank account.

This is done through micro-deposits made to your bank account. We will send two deposits to your account, each less that $0.10. This process can take up to 72 hours.

Once the micro-deposits have been transferred to your account, you will receive an email from Homebase notifying you that your bank account is ready to verify.

It will have this from address and subject line:

From: Homebase <ops@homebase.ai>
Subject: Homebase Microdeposit Complete!

Please note, you may see the microdeposits in your account before you receive this email however, you will not be able to enter the microdeposits until you receive this email from Homebase.

Upon receiving the confirmation email from Homebase check your bank for the two deposits to your account. The deposits will be less than $0.10 each and post from Homebase, LLC.

Make note of these values and log into the Homebase app to verify the amounts.

From the Me screen scroll down to select Payment Settings. Select the bank account you are verifying and follow the prompts to enter the microdeposits.

Once the microdeposits are confirmed your account will be verified and available for use within the Homebase App.
