Navigate to the Connect view of the Homebase Resident App and tap the + symbol on the screen. 

Select the Submit Maintenance Request option.

Fill out the required form. Choose a maintenance category, give a brief description of the issue, select if the issue is urgent, whether there are pets in the unit and if maintenance workers can enter the unit when you are not home. 

Once complete, tap the Send button to submit the request to building management.
