If your resident has a new phone number or it needs to be updated, you will want to update it in our system. To do so, please follow the guide below.
Navigate to the "Manage Building" panel on the Homebase dashboard.
Navigate to the unit of the user you want to update and click "Edit" button. A dialogue like the one below will open.
Simply add the new phone number and click "Save".
