To see the status of a maintenance issue, navigate to the Maintenance tool of the Community Manager by clicking on the Maintenance heading.
Find the card for the issue in question and note the status in large bold font. In the example below, the status is "Scheduled."
To change the status, click on the card, adjust the Status field and hit Save.
Statuses include those listed below.
