Once late fees for your building have been applied, you will have the ability to override what the default late fee is for a given invoice. For example, if your building late fees are set to $10 per day that the invoice is late, you may want to override the late fee to $0 or some amount other than the default amount.

Navigate to the admin application and select the unit that you would like override the late fee on. Click on "History" and select the month for which you would like to override. 

Click the "Edit" text next to the "Late Fee" line item, a pop-up will open, allowing you to set the amount you would like for the late fee. 


Click "Save" and the late fee will be updated to the amount that you set. You're all set!

Note: A notification will be sent to the residents when their late fee is set to a different amount.
