Adding a Resident
To ADD a resident to a specific unit, navigate to the Building heading and click on Manage Building.
Click on the unit to reveal the Unit Details of the unit in which you need to make changes.
Click on the Add Resident button to add a resident
Enter all the required information to add a new resident and hit Save when done.
After hitting the Save button, the resident will receive an SMS message on their phone with instructions to download and install the Homebase Resident App and setup their account.
If the resident you are trying to add is already a member of this building or another in your portfolio, click on the Add Existing Resident button. Enter the resident's phone number and hit Search. Click on the resident in the results to select them then hit Add Resident.
Removing a Resident
To REMOVE a resident from a specific unit, navigate to the Building heading and click on the unit to reveal the Unit Details of the unit in which you need to make changes, as noted above.
Hit the red Remove button under that resident and hit the corresponding Remove button on the confirmation that is displayed.
