To ensure your fobs are activated with your smart lock, open the Homebase Resident App and select the CONTROL tab.
Select your unit lock from the list of available locks.
Select LOCK SUPPORT.
Select CHECK FOR LOCK UPDATES
The app will look for, connect to and sync with your lock. This should take about 15 seconds. Once you see the success message, hold your fobs to the black fob reader at the top of the lock.
A green light should flash and the lock should beep. When this happens the door is engaged and you can manually turn the deadbolt to lock or unlock the door.
