To chat with your Property Manager via the Homebase Resident App, log into the app and select the Chat tab at the bottom of the screen. You will see a notification there showing how many unread chats you currently have. Click into the Unit Chat to see the conversation. Click into the "Send a message" field and begin typing to draft a message. Use the Image icon to add pictures to the chat. Select Info in the top right hand corner of the screen to see who can see and participate in the chat thread. Property staff and your room-mates can all see and add to the chat.
