Welcome to the future of living with Homebase!
The Homebase Resident App will allow you to:
- lock or unlock your door
- log onto your private WiFi network
- pay your rent
- control the smart locks, thermostats and lights enabled for your unit
- view community details, contact information, and resources
(These feature vary by property. Check with your Property Manager to confirm which features of Homebase your property uses.)
Your Property Manager will invite you to the Homebase Resident App when your lease begins.
For security reasons you must be invited to the Homebase App by your Property Manager. You will receive a text with the instructions for downloading the app.
Here's what to expect from there.
On the Welcome Screen select I'm New
Enter the email address you provided to your property manager for your lease.
Then we'll email you a verification code.
Check your email to get the Verification Code and enter it into the Homebase app to proceed.
