To see if a resident is signed up for autopay, log into the Community Manager.
Select the resident's building and unit from the Building and Unit Lists.
In the Unit Dashboard a green, Autopay On notification will display in the resident is currently using autopay.
To see when the resident enabled or updated autopay, click on the resident's name. The date that the resident updated autopay will display along with the scheduled payment date and amount.
