In order to provide the highest level of resident security, password reset requests must be managed by the Property Manager. 

To reset a resident's password, select the unit number from the Unit List and then select the resident name to open the Lease Overview window. 

Select the Reset Resident Password button at the bottom of the window. 

Confirm the resident name and click on the red Send Password Reset Instructions button. This will email the resident password reset instructions.
