You can view and edit open maintenance tickets in 3 ways: 

  1. From the Maintenance tab at the top of the Community Manager. 

   2. From inside the Unit Dashboard via the Maintenance Ticket tab.  

    3. From the Mobile Manager

To change the status select the ticket, adjust the Status field and hit Save.
