To contact your Property Manager via the Homebase Resident App navigate to the Connect tab and select either the Front Desk, Maintenance, Payments or Announcements chat channel.
Front Desk - For general communication with property management staff.
Maintenance - For maintenance related communication with property management staff.
Payments - For payment related communication with property management staff.
Announcements - Announcements sent to the entire community.
Tap the textbox near the bottom of the screen and chat like you would with any other mobile app.
Tap the Send button to the right to send the message to the channel. If you'd like to include a photo, select the camera icon and choose whether you'd like to take a photo or select one from your library.
